Welcome to Heartland, a faith-centered transitional living community created to provide hope, stability, dignity, and a pathway toward a brighter future.

We believe that every person has value, purpose, and the ability to begin again. Our mission is rooted in the belief that God can bring restoration out of difficult seasons and that no person's current circumstances should define their future.

Heartland Community welcomes individuals experiencing homelessness and veterans who are seeking a safe, supportive environment and an opportunity to rebuild their lives. We are committed to meeting each resident with compassion, respect, accountability, and understanding.

Our goal is more than providing a place to stay. We seek to help residents move toward stability, self-sufficiency, independence, and purpose through supportive services, life-skills development, employment and educational resources, financial-literacy guidance, community connections, and encouragement.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a community where individuals can move from uncertainty to stability, from survival to purpose, and from a difficult chapter into a new beginning.

We believe in the biblical promise:

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

A Place to Begin Again

For Individuals  who are struggling temporarily, we desire to provide a welcoming environment where they can find support, dignity, and resources as they transition into their next chapter.

For individuals experiencing homelessness, we desire to provide more than shelter—we want to help create a pathway toward stability and a renewed sense of direction.

Your past does not have to determine your future. Your current situation does not have to be your final destination. There can be a new beginning.
